Fire and Event Update
Going rogue ‘26
A personal message from going rogue’S producer, steve walser
First, I personally wish to thank each and every firefighter who has risked their lives to help to protect the properties and individuals of our community.
The work accomplished and the courage they’ve shown is simply staggering and will never be forgotten by anyone in this community.
It’s with an incredibly heavy heart, that on behalf of our entire production crew, I must issue this statement…
“As of this afternoon, we’ll be taking down our ticketing website and are announcing the cancellation of the Going Rogue 2026 Event.
After speaking to officials, and searching our hearts, the thought of hosting an event with this many people, seems irrational, and simply ridiculous to be considering.
We wanted nothing more than to see y’all enjoying river fun, music, and the festivities our event is know for. We can’t even explain the sadness we’re all feeling at this moment.
We ask for patience and understanding as we move forward to come up with some semblance of what rescheduling/refunds to our festival may look like.
Please keep us in your prayers, well wishes, and send waterfalls from your wettest dreams, coming in our direction. We did have just a little drizzle this morning and it feels like we can turn that energy into a fucking monsoon together!
Thank you for your understanding and continued support through this very difficult time, and we’ll continue to update when we can.
The mission statement of our Going Rogue Event is more important now, than it’s ever been.
“We may not have it all together, but together we have it all!”
❤️
