By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Going Rogue 2026 is a private event. All ticket purchasers are automatically enrolled in our private fan club as a condition of attendance, and enrollment is required for access to the event.  You are also accepting the Release of Liability Waiver below and understand that by clicking the box when purchasing your tickets, you are accepting these terms for you, your guest(s), and any minor children that you are bringing to the event.

Guest/Volunteer/Artist Waiver

July 29-August 3rd, 2026

By purchasing one or more tickets and, in consideration of being permitted to attend “Going Rogue 2026” (a private family gathering), I acknowledge and agree that I am accepting this Release on behalf of myself and any additional attendees for whom I am purchasing tickets. I further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless William J. Willson (the property owner), his heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, as well as Steve Walser, Soundwater Productions, all volunteers, producers, organizers, and all other attendees, from any and all liability as described below. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that all individuals I am purchasing tickets for have read, understand, and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Event Rules/Guidelines: I understand and agree to follow the eight (8) listed “RULES/GUIDELINES”:

(1) INTENTION; (2) SECRECY; (3) RESPECT; (4) INTOXICANTS (5) PHOTOGRAPHY; (6) SOCIAL MEDIA; (7) SUSTAINABILITY; (8) CONSENT 

I understand and acknowledge the following:

1. Aspects of the Gathering, including, but not limited to, gathering infrastructure, activities, and art are created by participants in the Retreat.  Some items may contain inherently dangerous elements.  The Gathering does not inspect, evaluate, or otherwise control what participants or volunteers build or what they do, and does not ensure that they do it safely, and is not liable for injuries they cause.  Participants are responsible for being aware of their surroundings and on alert for dangerous conditions.

2.  “The Event Property”, or property where the Gathering is held, is not maintained by the Producers as a recreational site.  The Property can still be expected to have all hazards that might be expected on farm and forest land with holes, rocky areas, trees, sharp objects both natural and manmade, insects, ticks, other wild animals, unexpected weather conditions, water hazards, and limited visibility.  The Gathering is being held in a rural and natural setting. Experiences with unexpected incidents that may occur due to weather, the environment, hazards on “The Event Property” and other factors that could be considered dangerous in any way, are understood to be present/possible. I will not hold “The Event Property Owner”, the Producers or anyone attending the event liable for any damage, harm, loss of life, loss of ticket cost for event cancellation, that may occur.

3. The Property and Producers do not represent themselves to have availability to treat any and all illnesses, injuries or medical trauma/conditions attendees may experience.  The Gathering takes place in a geographically remote area without immediate access to emergency services. In the event the Attendee engages in consuming any intoxicating substances, they will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the (The Property), Producers or anyone one else attending the event from any damages.  If Attendees choose to engage in these activities the (The Property), Producers will not be responsible for any damage, harm, loss of life that might occur. Moreover, it is understood that any eventgoer who creates an unsafe environment for themselves or other festival participants, creates any damage to property of any kind, agrees to fully financially reimburse for damages they have created.

4. Photography and videography are prohibited at the gathering for all Attendees.  

5. Participants are encouraged to express themselves personally and artistically at the Gathering.  

6. The Gathering is family friendly and respect for all attendees is mandatory. We are all here to have fun, be safe, and be good to each other. I agree that I will follow these rules and regulations.

7. Food, water, may be available for consumption at the Gathering and I am choosing to consume food items at my own risk.  The Property and Producers shall not be held liable for any illness or allergic reaction to any food items provided during the family gathering. 

I agree that:

1. I will participate responsibly.

2. I agree not to contact, harass, or engage in sexual activities with any other person at thE Gathering without first ensuring that they are capable of consenting, and receiving their consent, and to cease the instant consent is withdrawn.  In the event there is a conflict over unwanted sexual contact Attendees understand law enforcement might be contacted to resolve the matter. If this occurs, Attendees agree to assist law enforcement to resolve the matter. 

3. Volunteer activities and other assistance I may provide to Gathering, whether formal or informal, does not constitute employment or contract labor.  Volunteers will not be compensated for their efforts.  Food, beverages, or other support to be provided do not constitute compensation.

4. If I have brought a dog or any other animal to the gathering’s front gate, I understand that animal will not be permitted past the front gate. Going Rogue 2026 is a private event and does not allow animals of any kind, for any reason onto “The Property”. It is understood that if I bring an animal, it will not be permitted into the gathering for any reason. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Producers harmless from any damages or injuries the animal causes, and I agree that the (The Property), and The Producers are not responsible for the animal’s loss, injury, or death. I understand that there is a zero-animal policy at Going Rogue 2026.

5. If I am the guardian/representative of a minor attending the event, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold The Property, the Producers, or anyone else associated with or attending the event, harmless for any damage, injury, or loss of life to the minor. The Producers are not providing childcare or any special services for minors. The guardian/representative of the minor assumes all risk by allowing the minor to attend the event and will ensure said minor will follow all rules and regulations set forth within this document. I understand that if a minor, I am responsible for, does not comply with those rules, that minor, and potentially the adult representing the minor will be asked to leave the event, with no sort of refund given.

I acknowledge that the Gathering is dangerous, and, for the reasons described, it is impossible for The Property and Producers to eliminate all hazards.  Accordingly, I release The Property, Producers and any person attending the event from liability for all types of damage. This includes but is not limited to loss of any type, injury to persons or property, including death, that may result from the conditions described and similar conditions. 

As an attendee, I have read this Participant Waiver and Release of Liability and I understand it.  I am attending the Gathering voluntarily.  I agree that by signing this Release, I am giving up my right to sue or make any other claim against the Producers, the Property owner, (The Property) of the Gathering and its estate, or any attendee of this gathering, for any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain from the conditions above or any similar conditions.

I hereby execute this Release on behalf of myself, any minors for whom I am the parent or legal guardian, and any other individuals legally under my care or included in my ticket purchase.
